Coco is the vision of Robin Pajaro who has spent the last 25 years in the hospitality industry. Robin attended culinary school and has worked as a chef in various capacities of kitchens in hotels, yachts, and in other far flung places around the world while fine tuning her skills.

Using her experience and expertise in creating culinary delights, Robin brings that same talent to the bar, designing delicious, hand crafted cocktails for her clients.
