Description
Local businesses need access to great workforce and want to recruit local talent. Likewise, local talent wants to work in their own community.
Currently, non-profit community stakeholders are independently launching workforce development support programs, with little to no connect-the-dots with other similar programs in our community. The Chamber of Commerce is uniquely positioned to bring together non-profit community stakeholders and select local businesses to connect our up-and-coming talent to superior local programs and employers.
