$15.00- $17.00 an hour

New hire is responsible to deliver customer service to all retail customers. We are a private retail shipping location with services between FedEx, UPS, USPS, and DHL carriers.  He/She receives and processes packages for courier shipments, operates copiers, fax machines, laminating machines, point-of-sale devices, and private mailbox service. The appropriate associate advises customers by providing accurate information on our array of products and services. The associate exhibits confidence by knowing best practices as related to the shipping industry. The associate candidate will have retail sales experience, strong computer and internet skills, a high school diploma/GED, a friendly and helpful demeanor, a professional appearance, and will be a fast learner who makes an effort to learn all aspects of the business in a prompt amount of time on the job.
 
Retail Shipping experience preferred but not required.
Notary Public license preferred, and required within 4-5 months of hire.
 
REQUIREMENTS:
High school diploma required
Excellent attendance, prompt and reliable
Strong computer skills to include Microsoft Word and Excel and POS software
Strong verbal/written skills, to include spelling and math
Detail oriented, organized, and able to multi-task
Able to lift 40+ pounds
Prior retail or customer service experience desired
Willing/able to work 15 to 30 hour-per-week and Saturdays.
