Job Description:
The award winning historic venue, The Casino San Clemente, hosts a variety of private events with concentration on wedding ceremonies/receptions. We are looking to add to our Venue Rep team and offering a part-time position, primarily on the weekends with both day and night shifts available and great flexibility in scheduling. The Venue Rep serves as an on-site supervisor during these private events alongside additional Casino support staff of bar staff and security personnel. Prior customer service experience a must.
Responsibilities / Skills:

• Support for outside event coordinators
• Support for on-site staff such as bartenders, venue managers, and security
• Great customer service
• Unlock and lock the property
• Verify layout for events are correct
• Ensure property is tidy for event
• Welcome guests as they arrive to property
• Assist vendors and guests with questions

• Flexible schedule

• Night shift
• Weekend availability
