We design, fabricate and install a wide variety of high impact indoor and outdoor signs. We are seeking creative, highly motivated employees, with a strong focus on organization, quality and attention to detail. Our Administrative Assistant position will support the Sales and Operations Teams in a variety of administrative functions, with the objective of enhancing team productivity and contributing to overall business performance. We will consider both experienced and entry level employees, and the work schedule is flexible. The current position presents significant challenges and opportunities for learning, and further, could lead to opportunities for advancement and career progression, in roles such as customer service, sales or project management.

GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

▪ Commit fully to personal and professional learning and growth.
▪ Commit to full compliance with all occupational health and safety procedures and standards.
▪ Collect, organize and process data, primarily using spreadsheets.
▪ Learn, implement and use business process software.
▪ Support the Company Sales and Operations Teams in areas such as customer service, sales, purchasing and project scheduling.
▪ Interact with customers, by telephone, in person, and by email, to answer questions, schedule appointments, and resolve issues. Serve as the initial point of contact for customer phone inquiries and requests.
▪ Process web inquiries and other marketing inputs.
▪ Prepare project summaries and reports.
▪ Schedule project installations and other services.
▪ Conduct other general and administrative tasks as required.
▪ Job location is Rancho San Clemente Business Park, between Talega and San Clemente High School.

SOFTWARE KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:

▪ MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
▪ General facility with web and cloud-based software tools.
▪ Experience with social media.

QUALIFICATIONS:

▪ Associates or bachelor’s degree preferred.
▪ Strong computer skills and outstanding analytical skills.
▪ Able to learn and use standard software tools and applications.
▪ A working style rooted in ownership, accountability, teamwork and innovation.
▪ Excellent oral and written communication skills.
