DESCRIPTION:About this Group:\n\n\n\nWe're tentatively calling ourselves Young Innovators Network (YIN). Apparently when you're starting a group out of thin air you need a mission statement so here's what we've settled on: \n\n \n\nYoung Innovators Network supports young adults' personal and professional growth. Providing knowledge\, skills\, strategies\, and connection we nurture the development of well-rounded individuals. We'll host educational workshops and fun networking events with access to some amazing speakers and mentors. \n\n \n\nWe want to help people that feel\, or are\, thinkers\, potential leaders\, or entreprenuers. \n\n\n\nHope to see you June 15th. To clarify\, this is a 21+ event. \n\n\n\n4:30 - 5:00pm - Arrive and mingle\n\nNo pressure to make conversation with randos. We'll facilitate all this with a little breaking of the ice\, if you will.\n\n \n\n5:00 - 5:30pm - 15-20 minutes "Ted Talk" \n\nJJ Wenrich discusses the importance of financial literacy (which\, let's be honest\, we all could benefit from a little how-to with our money).\n\n \n\n5:30 - 6:00pm - Trivia (where you can win free s#*t prizes)\n\nWe're going to test you (in groups of 3) just how well you know the Spanish Village by the Sea! Don't worry if you don't know much about this beautiful little town\, you're still a winner in our hearts.\n\n\n\nYoung Innovators Network (YIN) is supported by the San Clemente Chamber of Commerce. \n\n\n\nIf your company is interested in supporting emerging leaders (such as yourself and other savvy young innovators in your org) please contact us about sponsorship of a future YIN gathering.
